The Rosver Non-Woven Flap Wheel range is a premium surface conditioning solution designed for satin finishing, oxidation removal, surface blending, and preparation across a wide range of metal types.

Available in Coarse, Medium and Fine grades, these wheels allow users to select the correct finish depending on the application, from heavier surface cleaning and initial preparation through to finer satin finishing and blending.

PRODUCT OVERVIEW

The Rosver Non-Woven Flap Wheel is developed for use on manual satin finishing machines where consistent surface conditioning and professional metal finishing are required.

The Coarse grade is ideal for heavier oxidation removal, surface cleaning, and initial preparation. The Medium grade is suitable for general satin finishing, blending, and refining prepared surfaces. Store in a dry environment away from moisture and contamination. Do not exceed the stated maximum RPM of the machine. Always use appropriate PPE including safety glasses and gloves. Inspect wheels for wear before use.
