International Abrasives was founded by Steve and Mike in 2012 with a clear mission: to provide the UK industrial market with a genuine one- stop shop for abrasive products. Between them, they’d spent decades in the industry and knew exactly what distributors needed — reliable stock, competitive pricing, technical knowledge, and a supplier who actually picks up the phone.
From day one, the focus has been on partnerships. Rather than trying to be everything to everyone, we secured exclusive UK agency agreements with manufacturers whose products we believed in: Weiler Metalynx, Karbosan and Rosver. Combined with our own Inter Grind house brand, that gives our distributors a complete abrasives range from a single source.
